PRIVACY POLICY

A plain-language explanation of the information handled by the current pre-launch Project 33 website.

Effective: July 18, 2026 Pre-launch version 1.0
Current configuration Project 33 does not currently operate account registration, contact forms, wallet connections, payment processing, advertising pixels, or Project 33 analytics on this website.

1. Summary

This policy describes information practices for project33.tech in its current pre-launch form. If Project 33 later adds forms, analytics, wallet connections, payments, newsletters, or other data-processing features, this policy should be updated before those features are activated.

2. Information collected

Information you provide

The current website does not provide a form for submitting personal information directly to Project 33.

Hosting and technical information

The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub states that a visitor’s IP address is logged and stored for security purposes when a GitHub Pages site is visited. GitHub handles that information under its own privacy practices.

Communications on other platforms

If you contact Project 33 through X or Discord, those platforms may process account, device, usage, message, and other information under their own policies. Project 33 may receive the information you choose to send through those channels.

3. How information may be used

Information voluntarily sent through official external communication channels may be used to:

  • Respond to questions, safety reports, or feedback.
  • Moderate the community and enforce community rules.
  • Investigate impersonation, phishing, abuse, or security concerns.
  • Maintain records reasonably necessary to protect the project and community.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Project 33 does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track

The current Project 33 site code does not set Project 33 cookies and does not include an analytics or advertising script. Because Project 33 does not currently use tracking technology on the site, it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

External sites reached through links may use cookies or tracking technologies under their own policies.

5. Third-party services

This website links to independent services such as GitHub, X, and Discord. Their information practices are controlled by their respective privacy policies. Project 33 is not responsible for how those services collect, use, retain, or disclose information.

6. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and Project 33 does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Future token participation, if offered, will be intended only for persons who satisfy applicable age and jurisdiction requirements.

7. Privacy choices and requests

Because the current site does not directly collect account or form data, Project 33 may not possess information that can be searched by name or email address. Questions or requests relating to information sent through official community channels may be submitted through the channels listed on the Official Links page.

Do not send a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, government identification number, financial-account information, or other highly sensitive information through X, Discord, or the website.

8. Policy changes

This policy may change as the project adds or removes features. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may be listed in the Transparency Log.
