The permanent Project 33 Discord invite was added to the public website and Official Links page: https://discord.gg/6aAxzhkwvJ. Community members should use only the invite published through project33.tech or another verified Project 33 channel.
Production is complete for The Signal, The Black File, The Choice, The Key, and The Door. Public activation packages, private production masters, supporting artwork, community announcement copy, and post-unlock website states have been prepared and validated. This production milestone does not mean that P33 has launched or that any Seal is publicly open.
The Chapter One finale was produced and privately validated, including Fragment 05 — The Flame, the completed Project 33 Mark, a Final Transmission running exactly 1 minute 33 seconds, the permanent Chapter One Archive, and an optional community-recognition framework. Separate activation packages preserve either possible Seal 03 result.
The browser-based assembly experience was completed and privately validated. It combines the first three fragments, reveals Fragment 04 — The Key, opens the P33 Community Archive, and prepares the Final Seal condition. Branch-safe activation packages were created for either Seal 03 outcome.
The Choice Protocol was completed and privately validated, including the Red Door and White Door previews, a planned 24-hour Discord vote, Fragment 03 — The Split, and separate result packages for either winning path. The public voting package contains neither unreleased transmission.
The interactive browser dossier was completed and privately validated, including five file sections, three recoverable redactions, a phrase reconstruction terminal, Fragment 02 — The Thread, and a hidden annex that introduces the two Choice paths. Puzzle answers and private production notes remain outside the public website.
Seal 01 — The Signal has been produced and privately validated, including its 33-second transmission, first glyph fragment, clue interaction, and Black File teaser. Reveal assets remain outside the public pre-launch website and will not be published before the corresponding milestone is officially verified.
The connected Five-Seal narrative was finalized as The Signal, The Black File, The Choice, The Key, and The Door. Each reveal contributes one fragment to the complete Project 33 Mark, culminating in the community becoming the missing final fragment.
Project 33 will remain in Pre-Launch until the official Discord reaches 333 Founding Members. At that threshold the public website changes to Launch State, allowing official launch activation to begin. Reaching the threshold does not automatically deploy P33, begin trading, or open a Seal; those events require separate official announcements.
The public website was revised so the homepage, principles, status pages, terms, risk language, navigation, metadata, and footer consistently describe P33 as a community mystery built around five milestone-driven Seals. The previous utility-first and 33-day build-lab concept was removed from current-facing pages and preserved as a clearly labeled historical archive.
A dedicated Seals page was added to explain the experience in simple language. It introduces the five planned reveals, the 33-second verification rule, timer resets, data interruptions, permanent unlocks, and the fact that no purchase is required to view public reveals or participate in the public mystery.
A Cloudflare-ready milestone engine was created to manage five configurable Seals, a 33-second verification timer, resets, data pauses, permanent unlocks, automatic progression, protected administrative controls, and a public event log. Local validation completed with all automated and end-to-end checks passing. The engine is not yet deployed to production and is not connected to live token data.
Each announced milestone must remain at or above its threshold for 33 consecutive seconds before the corresponding Seal opens. A confirmed reading below the threshold resets the timer. A verified market-data interruption pauses the process instead of forcing a reset. Once opened, a Seal remains open permanently.
Project 33 initially simplified its launch concept into a five-reveal community mystery using the working names The Signal, The Black File, The Choice, The Drop, and The Final Reveal. Those provisional names were later refined into the canonical lineup recorded above: The Signal, The Black File, The Choice, The Key, and The Door.
The website’s Founding Member count was connected to the official Discord role count through a restricted Cloudflare Worker. The counter is informational and does not grant access, transfer roles, connect wallets, or perform token-related actions.
Project 33 was defined as a community-powered build lab using focused 33-day missions to produce useful releases. P33 was defined as a proposed participation token supporting mission access, structured community input, contribution recognition, and deliverable community benefits. This utility-first concept was later superseded by the simpler Five-Seal community mystery framework recorded above.
Project Principles, Risk Disclosure, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Official Links & Anti-Scam guidance, and this Transparency Log were prepared for publication. Token-specific legal terms remain subject to qualified legal review.
The official Project 33 website was published at project33.tech. The website states that the P33 contract is not deployed, trading is not live, and the public launch countdown has not started.
Project 33’s immediate objective was defined as building and launching P33 transparently through a structured campaign. The first 333 community members remain a supporting milestone, not the primary mission.
