tested, and publicly documented.
Working definition
Project 33 is a community-powered build lab that produces useful releases through focused 33-day missions. P33 is the proposed participation token connecting the community to those missions.
The token is not intended to be the final product. Its purpose is to support a repeatable mission ecosystem that continues after Mission 001.
Intended P33 functions
Community Participation
Structured proposal submission, feature feedback, mission-category signaling, community polls, and other defined participation mechanisms.
Design required
Contribution Recognition
Recognition or potential rewards for verified development, testing, design, documentation, research, moderation, translation, education, or security work.
Process required
Community Benefits
Potential access to completed tools, product licenses, merchandise, events, special roles, digital releases, or other mission benefits that can actually be delivered.

Launch-day requirements
P33 should not launch with usefulness existing only on a future roadmap. Before Mission 001 is approved for launch, Project 33 should have meaningful operational utility at or near launch.
The current readiness target is at least two functioning capabilities, such as:
- A working mission-access system.
- A functioning proposal, polling, or community-signaling process.
- A documented contribution-verification and recognition process.
- A real tool, release, experience, or benefit connected to P33.
Community input and decision boundaries
Community participation does not mean every decision should be placed under unrestricted token voting. Security, legal compliance, treasury custody, contract controls, incident response, personnel, and other fiduciary or operational decisions require accountable team leadership.
Project 33 may use P33 for signaling or defined votes where participation is appropriate, while reserving critical decisions for the responsible team and disclosed control structure.
